The Flash Eurobarometer is an European cross-national survey research programme on attitudes, values and beliefs of european citizens. The survey has been conducted since 1987 but unlike Standard Eurobarometer is limited in respect of sample used and provides information on special topics when required by the European Commission.
The arguments of Flash Eurobarometer 206A are as follows:
- the understanding to what extent citizens link the way energy is produced and used to global climate change;
- the perceptions of the UE citizens regarding various possibile actions in saving energy and thus combating climate change;
- the willingness of the UE citizens to involve the European Union in resolving these issues.
